During lock-down many of us began to share stories online, many of us opened up in ways which were new to us. One such conversation led to Margaret sharing her stories, of life as a child in Poland under Martial Law, with John, who was captivated by the use of language and the small details. 'Many stories have a commonality, something we can all share, but what often makes them real, is the small details which tie them down to one place in time'. John had recently worked with Foz and Maxine on the Star City project and so was keen to work again with these two amazing talents. This is a truly collaborative piece, which we hope is both evocative of one time and place, but is also a global story in which we all can share.
